RESTART® Your Health Sugar Detox Class
The RESTART® program is a combination of nutritional education, guided sugar detox, and support group for those trying to make positive, healthy lifestyle changes.
Participating in this 5-week RESTART® Program is a simple and effective way to press the reset button on your health. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and processed-food cravings.
No shakes. No gimmicks.
Each week we'll focus on specific nutrition topics including healthy foods to incorporate and foods to avoid, digestive health, and how dietary fat and sugar each impact our health. At the start of the five week class, you will complete a medical symptom questionnaire to help identify your current areas of burden as related to body systems. You'll complete this questionnaire once more at the end of the program to track progress in reducing or eliminating symptoms.
Participants will receive full-color materials for each class, plenty of email support throughout the week, and access to an optional private Facebook group to share tips, tricks and recipes with other RESTART® participants.
Together we'll focus on building awareness of how different foods impact our bodies, ultimately empowering you to make dietary choices that serve your mind and body best!
